4. Oktober 2014 The Examined Life Workshop with Bram Levinson
If Socrates was accurate in saying that “An unexamined life is not worth living”, then how are we infusing our lives with worth? Are we focusing on the day-to-day superficialities that dictate how much money we make, what we wear/drive/own, or are we going to the opposite end of the spectrum, where our biggest challenge is staying grounded in reality, in the present, in the here and now? This workshop will provide the platform from which participants will feel empowered to move towards their ideal lives and selves, towards true happiness and clarity of mind. Come prepared with a notebook and pen, as we will combine discussion and journaling with the option of setting goals for ourselves. Combined with an active vinyasa asana practice, The Examined Life invokes the true nature of yoga, bringing together the body, mind & breath.
